Delineate per-mesh routing: each family configures Meshtastic delivery (mesh_broadcast/mesh_dm, channel index, node IDs) and MeshCore delivery (meshcore_broadcast/meshcore_dm, channel name, contacts) in separate sections; shared settings (enable/severity/regions/email/webhook) once.
