- NWS Active Alerts: polls api.weather.gov, zone-based filtering
- NOAA SWPC: Kp, SFI, R/S/G scales, band assessment, alert detection
- Tropospheric ducting: Open-Meteo GFS refractivity profile, duct classification
- !alerts command for active weather warnings
