fix(wizard): complete error path refactor
- Remove dead _get_valid_satellites/_get_valid_feeds calls from error render - Replace hardcoded adapter list with dynamic wizard_adapters discovery - Use RegionConfig model validation instead of hand-rolled bounds check - Add Pydantic settings validation after field parsing to catch Literal violations - Add TestSetupAdaptersErrorRerender with cadence and region error tests Fixes error path gaps that would cause NameError on form re-render.
